Yoga Pulse Studio

The studio is clean and the yoga is great. Josh is one of the best yoga instructors around! He's consistently a great teacher. He takes the time to instruct and help when you have a goal. He also corrects your form. He’s funny, has a great attitude and is there because he truly loves the practice. He is THE best!

The Yoga was clean and had everything I needed for my first time. The staff was very helpful letting me know what was available and appropriate - broad base of classes available. My instructor was knowledgeable and experienced and it was more than I thought - a good reading, shared knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and mindfulness at the same time. I thoroughly enjoyed my first time and motivated to be a regular going forward.

Very kind staff, proper attention to cleanliness. Caitlin’s vin to yin class is a perfect blend - just enough verbal instruction and encouragement. I always leave embodying her comments, “Yes you can” and “All is well.

I love going to Yin Yoga! Josh is an amazing instructor. Since I started going, I've had less hip and knee issues. Such a relaxed environment.

Love how the classes Target different experience levels. The same class also has slight variations every week which doesn't make it feel repetitive. The coaches take attention and care to make sure everyone in the group is comfortable doing the poses and not rushing through. Overall, great place, wonderful vibe, experienced coaches.
